Amanda Blackmon, PT, DPT, CWS, CMTPT

Amanda is the Director of Premier Therapy Services.  She grew up in Laramie and completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Wyoming, receiving a B.S. in Kinesiology and Health Promotion.  She attended physical therapy school at Creighton University where she received her doctorate degree.  She loved Creighton, but missed wonderful Wyoming and couldn’t wait to come back! Birdie Boltz, PT, CFMT, CMTPT

Birdie is a local Wyomingite.  She received her physical therapy degree from the University of New Mexico.  She has been working with patients at PBJC since 1992.  Birdie brings compassion and creativity to her patients as a primarily orthopedic therapist with an emphasis on returning to an active, pain-free lifestyle. Lori Franc, PT, CWS

Lori was born in Minnesota, but has lived in Laramie for more than 20 years and very happily calls Wyoming “home.”  She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin and her PT degree from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis.  Joining PBJC in 1997, Lori treats patients with compassion and enthusiasm and enjoys treating all types of injuries including

Martha was born in Washington, DC, but has lived all over the world.  She received her PT degree from University of Florida after her undergraduate education at Amherst College.  She has been providing unique and compassionate care to her patients at PBJC since 1995.  Martha’s area of love is treating the spine and she works wonderfully with those who have

Steve Kaiser, PT, DPT

Steve was born in Casper, WY.  He received his doctoral degree in physical therapy from the University of North Dakota after completing his undergraduate studies at the University of Wyoming. He has been providing therapy services at PBJC since 2005.  He enjoys working with athletes of all ages and all skill levels.  He loves getting athletes back to performance levels
