Ashton grew up on a farm in Brookings, SD. She went to South Dakota State University where she earned her B.S. in Athletic Training, then moved to North Dakota and attended the University of Jamestown earning her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2018. Ashton has a passion for treating orthopedic injuries and has developed an interest in women’s health.

In her free time Ashton enjoys cheering on the Packers, working out, hiking, and anything else outdoors with her husband.
