Aquatic Therapy
Performing exercise in the water can be beneficial for a variety of individuals with neuromuscular or musculoskeletal disorders. Our pool is kept at a warm 94 degrees to allow for optimal muscle relaxation and function. Aquatic therapy has been known to decrease joint compression forces, may reduce inflammation and provide feedback for improving posture. The resistance of the water during exercise provides a safe environment for addressing balance, strength, and postural deficits.
