Personal Training

If you are a healthy individual with medical clearance to exercise, Premier Personal Trainers will work with you to create then coach you through safe and effective exercise programs. They will motivate you by collaborating to set goals, provide meaningful feedback, and by being a reliable source for accountability.

Premier Personal Trainers are also able to assist with work hardening for patients who are no longer requiring physical therapy, but not yet strong enough to return to their usual job demands.

Sportsmetrics

Sportsmetrics™ is a national ACL injury prevention program to decrease serious knee ligament injuries, and our physical therapists are well-equipped to coach you through this studied and scientifically-proven program.

Running Analysis

How you run (and walk) matters greatly to your overall mobility and performance. Our physical therapists use a systematic study of human motion, using the eye and the brain of observers, augmented by instrumentation for measuring body movements, body mechanics, and the activity of the muscles to analyze how you run and walk.

Pilates

Pilates focuses on strengthening the body's core muscles, improving flexibility, and enhancing overall physical fitness. Pilates exercises are designed to promote balanced muscle development, improve posture, and increase body awareness.

Baseball and Softball -Specific Training

Our Sports Trainer, Sean, has been an ACE Certified Personal for more than 10 years.  Before joining Premier Bone & Joint Team, Sean played professional baseball in Mexico, so he is very passionate and knowledgeable about the sport.  Sean treats clients of all ages and abilities.  He can provide training in a gym setting or a private room for those clients wanting something more comfortable.
