Interest-Free Payment Plans
Acceptance of All Payment Methods Except Cash
Education and Assistance with Third-Party Financing Options

Financial Hardship Program Consideration
What is the Financial Hardship Program at PBJC?
The Premier Bone and Joint Centers Financial Hardship Program is designed to provide temporary financial assistance to patients whose circumstances fall outside of PBJC’s standard payment policy.
Eligibility is evaluated based on factors such as the Federal Poverty Level (FPL), significant medical expenses or financial burden, and qualifying life events or financial hardships. This approach allows the program to accommodate a variety of patient circumstances while maintaining a consistent and equitable review process.
Participation in the Financial Hardship Program requires income verification and supporting documentation of the financial hardship, as outlined in the application. All requests are reviewed on an individual basis in accordance with PBJC’s established financial hardship criteria.
Financial Hardship Program: How the Process Works
1. Submit your application through the Premier Bone and Joint Centers website.
2. The application will then be reviewed by PBJC’s financial counselor within 3--5 business days.
3. The decision to approve or deny the request will be documented and communicated to you within the timeframe noted above.
