Torrington Clinic Closure Announcement
At Premier Bone & Joint Centers, our patients have always been at the heart of what we do. After much thoughtful consideration, we have made the very difficult decision to close our Torrington clinic. Our final day of patient care in Torrington will be September 30, 2025.
We know this change may cause disruption for many of our patients, and we do not take this decision lightly. For years, Dr. Dan Levene and his medical team (Amy, LPN and Morgan, MA) have been proud to serve the Torrington community with compassion and expertise. We deeply value the trust you’ve placed in our team, and we sincerely want to continue caring for the Torrington community, and help our patients find support in their healing and mobility journeys.
Continuing Your Care
To ensure that our patients experience as smooth a transition as possible:
· Dr. Levene will continue to provide care in Cheyenne, Casper, Laramie, and Rock Springs. They are working hard to expand their clinical availability in Cheyenne to best accommodate Torrington patients.
· If you have an appointment scheduled in Torrington after September 23, you will be prioritized for a Cheyenne clinic appointment. Our team will reach out to reschedule and assist with any adjustments needed.
· Our patient care coordinators are available to help you navigate scheduling, answer questions, and ensure you continue receiving the orthopedic care you need.

While the closure of our Torrington location is a heavy decision, our commitment to you remains unchanged. Premier Bone & Joint Centers exists to provide world-class care across Wyoming, and we are dedicated to helping every patient find the best path forward for their orthopedic health.
