The Premier Open Golf Tournament
This exclusive event is open to sponsors and golfers who have participated in previous PreOp Tournaments, regardless of skill level.
*All Players MUST have an Active, Registered GHIN Handicap to Participate
This open-to-the-community event offers a private tournament feel to golfers of any skill level.

2025 Beneficiaries: Wyoming American Legion Baseball Scholarship & WHSAA Golf
Wyoming American Legion Baseball is accepting funds for their Scholarship Program, which will provide financial assistance to graduating seniors who have demonstrated excellence on the field, in the classroom, and in their communities. These scholarships help support continued education while recognizing the dedication and discipline that youth sports cultivate.
The Wyoming High School Activities Association (WHSAA) Golf Program will receive additional support to help expand access, improve equipment and training opportunities, and ensure student-athletes across the state can continue to compete and grow through the game of golf.
Together, these efforts aim to invest in the next generation of athletes and leaders across Wyoming.

Player Placement Process
As always, PreOp registration will be based on a first-come, first-served basis (Registration Timing), with Returning Players receiving higher priority. Please note that just like last year, Sponsorships will also play into Player Placement.
SO, WHAT’S NEW THIS YEAR?
A point-driven system that takes all variables into account:
1. Registration Timing
Early sign-ups earn a Priority Point bonus:
First 25% to register: +15 Priority Points
Second 25%: +10 Priority Points
Third 25%: +5 Priority Points
Last 25%: +0 Priority Points
2. Returning Player Longevity
The more years you’ve played in the PreOp / MiniOp, the more Priority Points you earn!
Up to 5 years max.
Each year of participation boosts your placement by 10 Priority Points.
3. Sponsorship Level
Players affiliated with a sponsorship will receive the most Priority Points:
Total Package ($1,500+) Highest priority, Guaranteed Entry.
Mobility Masters ($1,000) +50 Priority Points (Guaranteed Entry)
Range of Motion ($500) +40 Priority Points (Guaranteed Entry)
Hole-in-One Partner ($400) +20 Priority Points
Tee Sponsor ($300) +10 Priority Points
Fairway Friend ($100+) +5 Priority Points

**Be sure to have golfer names, emails, and registered GHIN numbers ready to go for your RSVP.
**Once RSVPs are collected, please understand that there will be some manual work in ensuring fair & accurate placement. You will receive confirmation via email on your placement by/before Friday, July 18th.
